Qdoba Calories Calculator: Servings, Macros & Meal Estimates
The Qdoba calories calculator below adds the published nutrition values for the exact servings you select. Use it alongside our QDOBA menu guide to compare ingredients and standard meals. Choose either a complete standard build or the individual components of a custom order; adding both counts those ingredients twice.
This is an independent estimation tool, not a QDOBA ordering service. Its 35 listed entries were checked against the official nutrition resources on November 4, 2026. The source is the November 3, 2026 nutrition guide. Restaurant portions and recipes can vary. Prices, personal nutrition targets and allergy safety are not calculated.
Select listed servings; totals are nutrition estimates
Individual ingredients
16 ItemsHow to use the Qdoba calories calculator
- Choose your calculation method. For a custom bowl, start with Individual ingredients. For an unchanged named meal, use its standard-build entry.
- Read the serving in the item name. Chicken is listed per 3.5 ounces, while rice and beans use 4-ounce servings. A quantity of one means one listed serving, not one whole bag or any scoop size.
- Add each serving. Use the plus button once for each portion. The selected-items panel shows the quantity so you can spot accidental duplicates.
- Review the whole nutrition panel. Calories and protein appear with total fat, total carbohydrate, sodium and potassium. On smaller screens, open Details to inspect the summary.
- Correct the selection. Use minus to remove one serving, the remove control to delete an entry, or Reset to clear the calculation before comparing a different meal.
- Check everything outside the calculator. Add any omitted drink, dessert or ingredient using its current official information. Confirm availability and your total price in the restaurant’s ordering menu.
The selected-items panel is a calculation list, not an order sent to a restaurant. Changing a quantity here does not request a restaurant portion or guarantee that a particular customization is available. Save the ingredients and quantities separately if you want to compare the result with your actual order.
What the calculator includes
The tool covers selected individual ingredients, standard burritos, bowls, taco orders, one standard salad, the Quesabirria Quesadilla, and separate chips and dips. It is a focused reference, not a complete local menu. An absent item is not assigned a zero value. Check the official PDF for ingredients and products outside this selection.
| Entry type | What one selection means | Common mistake to avoid |
|---|---|---|
| Individual ingredient | The stated portion of that ingredient alone | Treating a protein serving as a complete bowl |
| Standard build | The complete named meal listed in the official guide | Adding its rice, beans or tortilla again |
| Chips or dip | One separate 4-ounce ingredient serving | Assuming selecting queso also adds chips |
Custom “create your own” meals do not have one universal recipe. A generic bowl name cannot establish its rice, beans, protein, sauce or portion sizes. That is why this calculator uses named standard builds and explicit ingredient servings instead of presenting an unexplained fixed number for every custom meal.
A worked custom-bowl calculation
Consider an example containing one listed serving each of Grilled Adobo Chicken, Cilantro Lime Rice, Black Beans and Pico de Gallo. These are the four ingredients in this example; it does not include cheese, queso, guacamole, a tortilla, a drink or a side. Select the four entries under Individual ingredients to reproduce it.
| Ingredient | Serving | Calories | Protein | Carbs | Sodium |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Grilled Adobo Chicken | 3.5 oz. | 190 | 19 g | 2 g | 440 mg |
| Cilantro Lime Rice | 4 oz. | 190 | 3 g | 38 g | 390 mg |
| Black Beans | 4 oz. | 140 | 9 g | 24 g | 330 mg |
| Pico de Gallo | 1 oz. | 5 | 0 g | 1 g | 70 mg |
| Calculated total | Four stated portions | 525 | 31 g | 65 g | 1,230 mg |
The same sum gives 15.5 grams of fat and 890 milligrams of potassium. This is our arithmetic estimate from published ingredient rows, not a separately published QDOBA meal. Adding the 12.5-inch flour tortilla increases the estimate by 300 calories, 8 grams of protein, 52 grams of carbohydrate and 760 milligrams of sodium.
Use the example to understand the method, not as a prescribed meal. If your actual bowl has extra rice or less chicken, its nutrition differs from the stated calculation. A restaurant scoop is not a measurement made by this website.
Compare standard meals without mixing recipes
A standard-build comparison is useful when you intend to order the named meal as listed. The official guide lists Chicken Queso Bowl at 750 calories and Chicken Queso Burrito at 1,050 calories. Those entries describe particular builds; they do not establish the calories of every chicken bowl or burrito.
Similarly, the Double Protein Bowl – Chicken is listed at 690 calories and 51 grams of protein, while the Double Protein Bowl – Steak is listed at 1,030 calories and 52 grams of protein. A small protein difference can accompany a larger calorie or fat difference, so inspect the whole panel instead of choosing by a meal’s name alone.
For a broader comparison of ingredients, serving sizes and nutrients, read our QDOBA nutrition guide. That page explains the figures; this page lets you add the selected entries. Keep the two tasks separate when recording a modified order.
Portion sizes, extras and common calculation errors
Extra protein and split portions
Two selections of an individual protein mean two published portions of that protein. They do not recreate a branded Double Protein Bowl, which has its own complete recipe. If you choose a standard bowl and add an extra chicken serving, the displayed total represents that bowl plus the additional 3.5-ounce portion.
This interface uses whole servings. For a half portion, calculate one-half of each nutrient in that ingredient’s official row outside the tool, then label the result as an estimate. Do not round a half portion up to one full selection and describe the result as an exact match.
Chips and dips
Chips and dip are separate selections. Four ounces of tortilla chips contribute 560 calories; four ounces of Three Cheese Queso contribute 170. Selecting both produces a summed estimate of 730 calories. A differently sized order needs a different calculation. Our chips and dips guide provides portion comparisons.
Drinks and other omitted items
A meal-and-drink deal is not one fixed nutritional combination. The drink brand, size and ice or fill level can affect the comparison. This calculator does not assign a generic fountain drink to a meal. Use the precise drink entry in the official guide or the packaged product’s label, and include it separately in your meal record.
Allergen flags have a separate purpose
Allergen tags summarize the flags attached to the selected published rows. They do not inspect the restaurant, assess shared equipment or identify an allergy-safe meal. An empty selection and an ingredient with no listed flag must never be interpreted as “no allergens.”
Tortilla chips carry may-contain warnings for wheat and gluten. Those warnings are different from the contains flags on flour tortillas. Read our allergen chart explanation and the current official chart, then discuss your specific requirements and preparation questions with restaurant management.
A calorie total also cannot determine whether a meal is suitable for celiac disease, diabetes, a kidney condition or another medical need. Use nutrition information with your clinician’s or dietitian’s advice when following a prescribed diet. The tool does not set individual targets or interpret medical requirements.
Where the numbers come from
The dataset uses selected rows from QDOBA’s November 3, 2026 nutrition PDF. Each total is the sum of the selected rows multiplied by the selected whole-serving quantities. The figures reflect published rounding; the website does not measure a meal or independently analyze its ingredients.
Calories are taken directly from the published calorie column. They are not recalculated from rounded grams of protein, fat and carbohydrate. Consequently, a calculation using rounded macros may not reproduce the listed calorie number exactly. Keep the source’s stated values together rather than adjusting one field to force an arithmetic match.
Open the official nutrition landing page when checking for a newer document. Regional products, temporary offers and substitutions can differ. This page does not claim every entry is sold at every location or that a previously downloaded guide stays current indefinitely.
Frequently asked questions
Is this the official QDOBA calculator?
No. It is an independent calculator using selected published QDOBA nutrition rows. QDOBA’s own nutrition and allergen resources are linked above for verification.
Why are there no prices?
Prices depend on the location, order and purchasing channel. Check location is a reminder to review the actual ordering menu; it is not a zero-dollar price or a promise that an extra ingredient is free.
Can I subtract ingredients from a standard meal?
The interface adds and removes selected entries, but it does not reconstruct the recipe inside a standard build. Use individual ingredients when you know the complete customized recipe, or check the adjustment with current official information.
Does the result include net carbohydrates?
No. The carbohydrate field reports total carbohydrate. Do not label it net carbs or use it as a personalized dietary target.
Why does my order differ from the estimate?
Different portions, extras, omitted ingredients, recipe changes or a mismatched standard build can explain a difference. Review the selected-items list first, then compare the exact order with current official information.
Use a complete, clearly labeled estimate
Match the recipe, check the serving, include extras and record what the total represents. A clear ingredient list makes a nutrition estimate more useful than an impressive-looking number with unexplained portions. Confirm local availability, prices and allergy questions separately before ordering.
